Our company handcrafts all products within 5 – 7 business days.
Oftentimes, orders process faster than that, but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Pre-made listings are shipment ready while the made-to-order products take up to 7 days to be created for you. Products that are ready to ship will say so in the description.
If your jewelry piece(s) is/are pre-made, you will receive the piece that is in the picture. If there are options that you choose for your jewelry piece, every effort will be made to create the piece to look like the photo. Please keep in mind that each piece is created by hand so please allow for slight differences.
Care for your new product(s) by:
* Keeping it in the keepsake box that came with your order or keep it in a jewelry box
* Keeping it from small children
* Using a ™Sunshine cleaning cloth on your jewelry piece as needed.
(Keep in mind that some of the Mystic Stone Jewels pieces are tarnished on purpose, and these pieces do not require being polished with the ™Sunshine polishing cloth. The patina is a finish that is intended to be darker and tarnished looking.)
Your product(s) can be damaged if:
* Too much pressure is applied to the jewelry
* Your piece is left out in the elements (sun, snow, etc.)
* The piece is pulled or tugged on while wearing it

The look of custom order pieces will be discussed and agreed upon before construction of the piece begins.

Your product may need a full 7 days to be handmade. Please allow for this time when ordering. If you need a product for a special event, ex. Birthday, Anniversary, etc., please contact me and I will try to accommodate your needs as much as I can.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First – check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next – contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, it will be for an item of the same value. We cannot duplicate your item, so our best effort will be put forth to create something similar. Send us an email at email@example.com to discuss an exchange.
Shipping On Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
